While still welcome, regretably we cannot offer any family rooms at City Studios. All our studios have a maximum capacity of 2 guests per room.
There is a bus stop directly outside City Studios with buses operating every 5 minutes, taking you into the heart of Preston.
Alternatively, the bus and train stations can be walked to in under 15 minutes at less than a mile from City Studios.
You will have been sent instructions on how to complete the online Check In prior to your arrival and once completed you will be sent your Smart Keys to your phone via the Paxton App. This means you can arrive any time after 3pm to Check In to your room. When you arrive please access using the main gate via North Street, and the main accommodation building is directly infront of you when you arrive.

While we don’t have a restaurant on-site, we offer refreshments in the shared spaces within the historic Unicorn section of the building on arrival and in your room when you check in.
The Moorbrook Pub is ideally located next door to City Studios and offers a variety of food options.
And of course, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.
Food delivery companies are welcome to deliver to City Studios, and the drop-off point is at the rear of the property.
